Making an appointment

If you want to make an appointment you can call us at +46 8 20 06 80. We have extended our telephone service. You can also come directly to the practice and make your appointment at Drottninggatan 27. 

Cancelling your appointment

Use the form below to cancel your appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any late cancellation or missed appointment will result in a SEK 700 charge per hour/appointment. You can also call us and leave a message on our answering machine: +46 8 20 06 80. Please leave a message, clearly stating your personal identity number, name as well as date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel. 

Confirming your appointment

Once you get an appointment via SMS, you can confirm/change the time of the appointment by texting your date of birth and name to +46 70 903 294 163 (only SMS), emailing or calling us at +46 8 20 06 80. If you don't confirm your appointment, it will be cancelled 7 days prior to the appointed time. You can also confirm your appointment using the form below.

Patient committeeIf you are unhappy with your treatment, we at City Dental, have established a Patient committee with expertise. To which you can turn with questions and comments on your treatment or our reception. Don't forget to include your email address if you'd like a response. If not, your feedback will be received anonymously. You can email us at patientnamnd@citydental.se or fill in the form below.

Note: They only accept calls on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 to 17:00.

The reception

Our reception staff or operators will not be able to discuss treatments with you, only our dentists can do that. Our reception staff or operators will not be able to determine what treatment you need or advise you on such.

If you aren't following a treatment with us, you will be booked for a check-up where the dentist tells you about the treatment options available to you.
